This policy explains what personal data Clean My Car ("we", "us") collects when you use our website, book a car wash or buy from our shop, and how we protect it. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Contact details: your name, mobile number and (optionally) email address.
Service details: your address, pincode, parking spot, car type, model and registration number, and your booking date and time.
Payment details: online payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference, never your card, UPI PIN or bank login.
Usage data: if analytics are enabled, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel collect anonymous information about how you use the site through cookies.
On your device: we save your last booking details in your browser so the next booking is faster. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser data.

How we use it

To schedule, deliver and confirm your car wash or shop order.
To contact you by WhatsApp, SMS or phone about your booking.
To issue GST invoices and keep records the law requires.
To send offers and referral codes, only if you've asked for them. You can opt out anytime.
To improve our service and website.

Who we share it with

Only what is needed, with: the cleaner assigned to your booking; Razorpay for payments; Google (Sheets/Workspace) and WhatsApp for running our operations; delivery partners for shop orders; and authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting laws require (for example, GST records). Marketing contact details are deleted when you opt out.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent for marketing, or nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to hello@cleanmycar.in or WhatsApp +91 90000 00000. We'll respond within 30 days.

Grievance Officer

Security

We use HTTPS, limit access to customer data to the people who need it, and use trusted providers for payments and storage. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
